Transactions - includes metrics such as revenue, invoice count, patient/client count and transaction (line item) counts. The transaction metrics can be grouped by practice, staff, invoiceid, patient or item.
Invoice Items - includes details on each invoice item such as minimum price, description, base price, status, controlled substance, last cost, classification and item type.
Practice - includes practice name, geographic data, and the time the data was last updated/extracted.
Practice Location - includes a further breakout of practice name for locations that are grouped together under one database.
Staff - includes staffid, name, doctor class flag, and status.
Animal (Patient) - includes details on the animal such as age, name, species, status, gender and color.
Machine Learning Enhancements (Visit Classification, Species Standardization, ML Classifications) - the above data is appended with additional insights generated by our (IDEXX) models to help standardize and make sense of the data.
