Reseting your password with MyIDEXX is easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
Steps to reset your password:
- Navigate to enterprisemanager.io
- Click Sign In, on the top right hand corner
- Click the link labeled Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address
- Click the Continue button
- Check your email for the reset password link
Hint: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try again to ensure you used the correct email address. - Type your new password into the New Password and Re-enter New Password field
Hint: Your password must contain:- At least 10 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (ex. !@#$%^&*)
- Click Create Password
