How do I reset my password?

Reseting your password with MyIDEXX is easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

Steps to reset your password:

  1. Navigate to enterprisemanager.io
  2. Click Sign In, on the top right hand corner
  3. Click the link labeled Forgot your password?
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Click the Continue button
  6. Check your email for the reset password link
    Hint: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try again to ensure you used the correct email address.
  7. Type your new password into the New Password  and Re-enter New Password field
    Hint:  Your password must contain:
    • At least 10 characters
    • At least 3 of the following:
      • Lower case letters (a-z)
      • Upper case letters (A-Z)
      • Numbers (0-9)
      • Special characters (ex. !@#$%^&*)
  8. Click Create Password
