Create a New Practice Connection

For Premium Customers, connecting new practices to your organization is easy.

Follow the steps below to create a new Practice Connection.

Note: Applies to System Owners only.

  1. Visit My Practices in the right navigation next to your username

    My Practices
  2. Click New Connection on the right side
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the practice information.
