Schedule or Publish Bulk Pricing Updates from Take Action Menu

Quickly make price updates on selected Invoice Items and schedule the changes to be published

The Take Action menu provides users with the ability to quickly update Invoice Item price or status for selected products across connected clinics. Follow the steps below to make bulk changes to product price. 


  1. Follow steps 1-5 in the article Schedule or Publish Bulk Price or Status Changes from Take Action Menu
  2. From the Update Price flyover, select if you are updating Minimum Pricing or Base Price

  3. Next select if is a mark up or a mark down

  4. For a percent adjustment, enter the percent markup or mark down, similarly for a markup or markdown you can enter a fixed amount to adjust the price

  5. Continue steps after step 7 in the article Schedule or Publish Bulk Price or Status Changes from Take Action Menu
